Enter the page width and height for the output PDF file. Depending on the units selected, Inch, Millimeter, or Points can be used for this. Other settings shouldn't need to be changed. Click OK once the settings are correct. Then click Ok on all sub dialogs to close and save them and continue printing the PDF file.
