Drag out a rectangle on the PDF where you want to insert a hyperlink.
This rectangle, when clicked on by someone who opens the PDF, will send the user to URL associated with the PDF.
Upon dragging out an area, you will be prompted to enter the URL of the hyperlink.
Enter the hyperlink in full URL form (i.e. http://www.ctdeveloping.com) or you can enter in a link to prompt to send an email, enter “mailto:” followed the email address that you want to link to (i.e. mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org)
Or you can select to link to a page. Enter the page number that you want to link to.
Or you can select to link to a page in another file. Click Browse to choose the file and enter the page number in that PDF file you want to link to.
Click the OK button. The hyperlink will be added.
