This means that you have not entered your serial number correctly, please check that the serial number EXACTLY matches the one that was sent to you by CTdeveloping. We HIGHLY recommend that you copy and paste the serial number out of the email. Also, double check that you aren't entering 0’s as O’s or visa versa.
 
The serial number did not correspond to the email address given
This means that you did not enter the email address that you gave to CTdeveloping upon purchasing PDFtypewriter. Review the order receipt that you received from CTdeveloping and see which email address you used. Then enter this one instead.
 
The serial number and email were correct, but they have been used before.
This means that you used this serial number / email combination before to register a copy of PDFtypewriter. Visit:

log into the customer area (use the forgot your password link to have a password sent to you if you have never used the log in area before), and request that your serial number be reactivated.
