Show Preview Checkbox

Check this option to show a preview of the file about to be created. Unchecking this option will hide the preview and tell the printer driver to not create a preview the next time a PDF is to be created with it. If this option is unchecked, checking it will cause the PDFtypewriter PDF Printer Driver to load a preview of the file into this window.

4 . After PDF Creation Options After PDF Creation Options

After PDF Creation Options

After the PDF has been created several things can be done with the file. The default is to do nothing. Selecting Open In Default Viewer will cause the resulting PDF file to be opened with the default viewer available for PDF files. Selecting Open In PDFtypewriter will cause the PDF file to be opened with PDFtypewriter after creation (It is recommended that this not be used on extremely large files as it may slow performance. It is recommended that if you wish to open larger PDF files you have created in PDFtypewriter, to save them and choose to do nothing. Then open them with PDFtypewriter after the creation process has completed.).

You also can fax the PDF file to anywhere in the world after creation. Some conditions and costs will apply. Please see the information about faxing from PDFtypewriter at http://www.ctdeveloping.com/ctdeveloping/products/faxitnice.asp for details and how to complete sending the fax.

You also can email the PDF as an attachment using Microsoft Outlook. By choosing the SEND AS EMAIL option, the created PDF will automatically be attached to a new email message.
